My dad informed me that this gate represented a piece of history in the neighborhood of Prospect Heights since it hasn't been down in 20 years.  The lady who rented this storefront was a hat maker...  I wish I could have seen her work. I thought it was a amazing that in 20 years - a storefront had never been down until last week!

  2. Tereza - I think its so wack that they want to get rid of GFC - its going to damage so many blogs and their readership! definitely not a good look for them to get rid of it! Sure i'll follow you on bloglovin - i believe i'm on there as well! :-)
