Packaging/Shipping/Tracking Your Package 

Item(s) come packaged in gift boxes or dusters and will be shipped via USPS First Class Package. After production of item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for order to ship.

All packages sent via USPS will come with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  PLEASE BE SURE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO SHIPPING LOCATION PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT, EJCo. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Emijaa Jaaemil Co. is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers should contact and/or claim all misplaced, lost, undelivered or "abandoned" shipments directly with USPS. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced, EJCo. will do its best to assist you.

Purchases/Returns/Exchanges

EJCo. wants our customers to be happy with their purchase.  Exchanges will be granted on a case by case basis otherwise All Sales are Final.  Any item(s) granted an exchange must be returned with original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as it was received.  Item(s) purchased with a sale code or promotional code are Final Sale.   At this time, SHOP.emijaajaaemil.com is unable to offer price adjustments based on previous purchases.
